Payment is expected at the time of your visit
to our office. This includes co-payment as assigned by your
insurance carrier. Our office will bill your insurance
carrier for all office charges. You are responsible for any
charges that are not covered under your insurance policy.
Please contact your carrier prior to a visit, if you feel
certain charges will not be covered by your insurance
company. Charges that are typically not covered include lab
fees, blood drawing and collection fees. For your
convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit
cards and cash. There is an ATM machine in the building for
your convenience. Please bring a copy of your current
insurance card with you to each visit.
